How to replace missing tap screw?

Tap is missing this screw cause the lever detached. Which screw do i need to get? Please help

Thank you for your question and welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community, it is fantastic to have you with us.
 

I'd suggest bringing the tap handle in-store so you can confirm whether the thread is metric or imperial. You can then purchase either this Pinnacle M5 - M8 Black Assorted Grub Screw Set or this Pinnacle 3/16 - 3/8" Black Assorted Grub Screw Set. The grub screw will go into the thread that I have circled below.
 



The other hole which is above this in your photo allows a hex key to slip through the body of the tap handle to tighten the grub screw. The tap likely came with a chrome cap to cover this hole once the grub screw was installed. Unfortunately, I am not aware of a product perfect for this application, however, you could use some Taskmaster 15mm White Screw Caps coated with some chrome paint to create something similar or contact the manufacturer of the tap to order a replacement cap.
