How to replace laundry trough?

Hi all, wanting to replace old laundry corner tub/cabinet. 

Would it be possible to raise the pipes? 

I’m hoping to have replace with a sink and then kitty litter tray underneath.

A warm welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community and thank you for your question.

Unfortunately, any time alterations need to be made to pipes that connect with a council wastewater system, you will require the assistance of a licenced plumber.

I can't see a reason that the pipes can't be moved up slightly, but you would need to speak with a plumber to confirm this.

While speaking with your plumber, you might like to discuss your options in terms of a vanity, basin or laundry unit.
