How to replace hollow core door?

Replace hollow core door on a metal frame with two hinges. What options do I have improving niose insulation, look and feel. Measurement on Frame is 200cm tall, 71cm wide and 4Cm deep. Current door is 199.5cm high, 70.5cm wide, 3.5cm deep.

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your question about replacing your door.

I suggest double checking the size of your door and bringing your measurements to the special orders team of your local store and asking them to quote you a custom sized door in the Hume 2040 x 820 x 35mm External Door Duracote Flush Solicore SCX1. Make sure to tell them that you are after a timber filled door and not the honeycombed set. Its solid timber filled construction will reduce noise coming from the outside and will give you better performance.
