Re: How to replace grout on bathroom tiles?

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @chris001. It's great to have you join us, and many thanks for your question about replacing grout.

It's not really possible for me to identify your grout colour from the image. It could be a plain white that's heavily soiled and greyed in areas. Your best bet might be to try and take a sample of it into the store to match up with the available colours.

I did want to point out that apart from the missing section, the rest doesn't look to be in great condition. You'll need to remove the grout on either side of the missing portion until you hit grout that is still firmly in place. Above the missing portions, you'll see a crack that runs right up to the next tile junction. All that needs to be cut out. The rest of the grout in the shower should also be assessed and replaced if necessary. A grout saw can be used for removal, or for larger areas, you might consider using a multi-tool and diamond blade.

You might like to try some grout whitener on all the grout. When clean it will likely help reveal the original colour and help with matching.

Here are a couple of helpful guides: How to remove tile grout and How to grout tiles.

Please let me know if you have any questions.
