I'd like to replace this flushing Set because the inlet and outlet valve don't work functionally. Is there any replacement part available in Bunnings? Which product is fit for the toilet? The brand and model is Caroma 413275 Type1. Thanks!

The closest generic compatible set for the flushing valve is the FIX-A-LOO Thunderflush Dual Flush Cistern Outlet Valve. The compatible side inlet valves are the Fluidmaster Inc. Universal Valve Inlet Install Kit and the Kinetic Rear Entry Inlet Valve. I strongly suggest bringing the old valves with you just to make sure that they are the same height and that the fittings will work with the existing toilet cistern.
However, in saying that the parts can be replaced, I also suggest thinking about the possibility of replacing the entire toilet suite. The Estilo Close Coupled Rimless S Trap Toilet Suite WELS 4 Star 4.5L/Full is an all-ceramic set and is not too far away from the price of the spare parts you are going to be getting. Another set you can consider is the Estilo White PVC S Trap Cistern Link Suite WELS 3 Star 5.8L/Full which is cheaper than the combined spare parts of the cistern.
