How to paint taps?
Hi,
I have just had a plumber try change the bath taps and spout. He could not remove the spout and said that it may have been glued in. Would it be possible to paint this spout? And if so what would I use?
Also the taps that I had purchased were not big enough to cover the hole cut in the tiles. Can you get a larger flange for taps?
Thanks for your help.

Re: Painting taps
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @sue1821. It's fantastic to have you join us, and many thanks for your question about painting tapware.
It is possible to paint the spout. We've actually had the very talented @lifestylebymari put together a guide on How to paint a tap. In the article, she uses Dulux Epoxy Enamel Spray Paint.
We have a variety of flanges available that are sold separately. Depending on the size of the holes in your tiles and the style of taps you've purchased, a set of those might suit.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Mitchell
