How to paint patched bathroom basin?

Hi All,

Looking for advice on the best paint for a bathroom basin.

Crack has been fixed/patched just requires a paint job to match.

We'd love to make a recommendation on what to use for your basin, but my colleague is correct, we need to find out the brand of your repair kit. The product we often recommend usually goes straight onto the porcelain surface. If your patch is not compatible we'll probably need to suggest a different product.

I believe it was filler/fibreglass that was used as it was a decent hole.

It has been sanded down.

Thanks for that extra information about your repair patch. I suggest using Rust-Oleum Tub And Tile Refinishing Kit as it is rated for use on fibreglass. Please keep in mind that this is a coating that needs to go all over the surface and not just the repaired area. Please make sure to follow the instructions on the packaging.
