Hello,
Can anyone advice how to install the grey water exhaust pipe to the main drain?
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @vineetrvce. It's sensational to have you join us, and many thanks for your question about connecting a washing machine.
I'm not entirely sure what's going on with the larger expandable pipe on the right-hand side. Was there a second sink it was hooked up to at one point? If not, I suspect someone has come up with it as a way to slip the waste hose inside it. However, that's not a great nor compliant way to attach the waste hose to the sink waste as it can come apart and flood the area.
The waste hose from your washing machine is designed to be pushed onto the barbed spigots on the sink waste, which I've marked in red below. First, they need to be drilled out, and then a clamp needs to be used to fix the hose in position.
If your pipe is not long enough to reach the spigots, you might need to switch to a longer one.
