How to install a wall mounted ironing board?

I have a cordless iron which cannot rest on its heel.Is there anything out there I can install, my present ironing board is old and heavy,so looking for something easier

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @stoxy. It's a pleasure to have you join us, and many thanks for your question about wall mounting an ironing board.

There are plenty of lightweight ironing boards which have holders that don't require the iron to sit on its heel. Most of these could be easily mounted on the wall for storage. With wall-mounted ironing boards that fold out, we have the Robinhood ironing centre, which we can order, but it doesn't come with a holder that would suit your iron.

Were you after a wall mounted ironing board, or an ironing board that could be wall mounted for storage after use?
