I recently purchased the Estilo chrome 3 function hand shower and connector set to replace my previous shower head.
I have installed and cannot tighten it anymore. There is fairly significent gap between tiles and the connector.
Any advice?
Hello @amySA
Thanks for sharing your question about the gap between your wall and your shower connector. I suggest measuring the size of the gap and going to the store and having a look at the Kinetic rise cover plates. There are a variety of sizes so make sure to get one that is closest to the gap size you've measured. Once you find a suitable cover plate, put it at the back of your shower connector to cover up the gap.
I also suggest speaking to the plumbing specialist at the store so that they can show you other possible options.
If you need further assistance, please let us know.
Eric
