This mould had been around for half a year, is there a way to get rid of it?

If you've tried several cleaning methods and the marks have been there for six months, then it's likely not mould and rather staining from the mould that has penetrated the silicone. The only real option would be to use a bleach-based product or cut out the old silicone and replace it with a sealant.
