Let me ask, when I replace broken bathroom wall tiles, what should I do before installing new tiles? Thank you.
Hi @nghiemhung,
Thank you for your question and welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community, it is fantastic to have you with us.
Unfortunately, replacing a bathroom tile is not just as simple as pulling it off and putting a new one on because beneath the tiles is a waterproofing membrane. There is a good chance in the process of removing the tile, the waterproofing membrane can be damaged meaning it would no longer be effective.
It's likely you are going to have to speak to a tiler and possibly a water proofer for their assistance. They will have the knowledge needed to either remove the tile without damaging the membrane or the understanding of how to fix it if required.
Let me know if you have any further questions.
