Small stones fall out from the gap between the floor and wall while I'm brushing the shower room.
We suspect the gap might just be filled with concrete, but we're not sure.
How should we fix this? Should we fill it with silicone or concrete?
Do we need to remove some of the white material before filling it?
Any suggestions or better process ?
I also found this product, but not sure if it fits our needs

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @sheng. It's wonderful to have you join us, and many thanks for your question about fixing a gap.
I'd recommend you start by removing any loose material and giving the area a good scrub down. After the area has dried, you can apply the Selleys 300g White Wet Area Waterproof Silicone Sealant over it. Here's a helpful guide: How to apply silicone sealant.
The addition of the sealant should hopefully bind the surface and prevent further deterioration.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
