He I have noticed when the I flush the toilet a slight leak comes out of the connection at the back.
The toilet is bolted to the floor with 4 screws. Do I just unbolt these and pull the toilet forward to get to the seal?
Is this a universal part?
Hi @Bungle80,
Your pan outlet is pushed hard against to top of the pan collar which is likely the cause of the leak. It appears that an offset collar would be more appropriate and would centre the pan outlet. You'll need to enlist the services of a plumber to perform this switch.
Given your other discussion on replacing the cistern and this issue, I'd strongly recommend you consider our Toilet Installation offer and replace both the cistern and pan with a suite. Cost-wise, it would be most efficient to have the entire suite swapped over and this issue resolved simultaneously.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
