Re: How to fix holes in vinyl floor?

Hello @Ready2go

Thanks for sharing your question about repairing your vinyl floor.

There are two possible ways to repair your vinyl floor. First, you can do a patch repair which involves you putting a piece of vinyl of the same type on top of the damaged area and cutting a rectangular shape around the damage using a Craftright 18mm Snap Off Knife. You then remove the bottom portion and remove any adhesive that was left behind and put new adhesive and patch on the the new portion that you cut earlier.

The second option is to try and lift the damaged portion with a Craftright 18mm Snap Off Knife and fill the depression with adhesive and put the vinyl back on top.

Please make sure to wear personal protection such as gloves and goggles when working on your repairs.

If you need further assistance, please let me know.

Eric
