Hello! The tiles that run around the the base of the bathroom wall look a bit rubbish, especially the gap/join where they meet the tiles on the floor. Any suggestions on how to spruce them up -especially in the gap/join where they meet the floor would be mist welcome
Hello @Edgar
Thank you for sharing your question about your bathroom tiles. If you are after a quick tidy up of the corner, I suggest removing the old grout that has been placed on the corner. I recommend using a QEP Professional Grout Saw to remove the grout. But if it is old silicone, I suggest using Trojan Safety Scraper With 5 Blades. Please make sure to wear personal protection such as gloves, goggles and a mask when working on your tiles.
Here is a link to a handy step-by-step guide: How to silicone seal a bath. (The techniques used are applicable to your tiles.)
If you wish to touch up the stained sections of your grout, I suggest using White Knight 5ml White Grout Pen. But you also have the option of removing sections of your grout with the grout saw and patching it with Dunlop 800g Ready-To-Go Coloured Grout - White.
If you have any other questions we can help with, please let us know.
