I suggest having a look at this guide - How to replace a tap washer. It will give you a general idea of how to repair your leaking tap. Once you've gone through the guide and it appears that your tapware does not use jumper/tap washer valves, odds are it uses a ceramic spindle assembly. A ceramic spindle assembly is basically an all-in-one spindle that has the on/off function integrated into it. Its ceramic parts can't be removed or replaced. Just to be on the safe side, if you do happen to have such a spindle, I suggest bringing your old spindle to the store to make sure the model you are buying is at the same height.
