Hello @BhaveshMehta
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your question about your shower tile.
Replacing a shower tile inside your shower is an involved process. Because your shower is waterproofed all around, removing that tile means that all the tiles must be removed and the area re-sealed and re-tiled. The waterproofing for your shower is a single complete seal and can't be patched.
I propose using Selleys 90ml Wet Area White on the crack and on any gaps in the grout line near the shower floor. This will temporarily seal the floor and prevent the crack from getting bigger. I also suggest informing your property manager or landlord about the tile damage via email. This will serve as proof that they were notified of the damage.
