We have an Estillo pivot shower door. The photo is of the top bracket. The shower door regularly falls out because the bottom adjustable pivot bracket will no longer hold the door in place. What can we do to fix this.

Have you spoken with a helpful team member at your local store's Special Orders desk? They'll be able to contact the supplier and see if a spare part hinge is available for that unit. Do you happen to have details on what shower screen was installed? Any details you can provide the Special Orders team, will assist in ordering the correct spare part.
Apart from replacing the hinge, there aren't any options I can think of. You really need that adjustment to function correctly to stop the door from dropping out of the top hinge.
