How to connect washing machine hot and cold outlets to vanity wall outlets?

Can you connect the washing machine hot and cold pipe to the same wall outlets for the vanity hot and cold.  If so how is this done, do you have a photo to explain

It would be possible for a plumber to add double mini cistern cocks to the wall outlets, allowing both the sink and dishwasher to be attached to that location. This is considered plumbing work, and you'll need to enlist the services of a professional to complete the installation.
