We purchased these taps from Bunnings about 6 months ago. Now the outlet over the tub is dripping. There are no leaks any where, just over the tub. How do I fix this?
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @Tricia2112. It's wonderful to have you join us, and many thanks for your question about leaking taps.
The Shaw & Mason Universal Washing Machine Conversion Kit can be removed from the wall with an adjustable wrench via the nut section I've highlighted with a red arrow in the image below. Make sure you turn off the water at your mains before removing the tap. The blue arrow indicates the washer that needs to be replaced if the water leaks out the spout.
The washers used in these kits were changed a while ago as we experienced some issues with the kits leaking. The Kinetic Washing Machine Conversion Kit Washers on our shelves are the newer style and should work much better. Since you only bought these taps six months ago, we'd be happy to swap them for another kit with the newer washers. Just see a team member at your local store with the taps and your proof of purchase for an exchange. Alternatively, I can organise for your local store to provide you with a set of new washers free of charge. I'll reach out via private message for your location details.
Please let me know if you have any questions.

Good afternoon Mitchell
Thank you for getting back to me so quickly. My husband has looked at the photos you sent and he knows now how easily it can be fixed.
We won't return the taps but would like the set of washers free of charge that you are offering.
Thank you again.

Hi Tricia (@Tricia2112),
If you'd like to head into Bunnings Port Macquarie, the team will have your replacement washers waiting for you. Please speak with the department manager Mel or Greg from the Plumbing section.
Let me know if you have any issues.

Hi there do both taps have to be in the open position when installing ones plz
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @Pottsy. It's a pleasure to have you join us, and many thanks for your question about installing taps.
It would make sense to have the taps open when installing. If they were in the closed position, then their washer would make contact with the seat before being able to screw them in fully.
Are you having difficulty with your installation?
Please let me know if you have any questions.

Hi
I have this laundry tap and have used your instructions to get the white washer off. However, I don't see how to get the new washer. It's not soft. It's made of very inflexible material and I just don't see how it will go over the cone shape that's much larger than the washer hole.
I've worked out how to get that washer on.
But the leak is coming out of the laundry tap, not the spout, so it hasn't fixed it. I'm unsure which bits to replace and my local bunnings were unable to advise me when I brought the tap in.
The mawson and shaw tap set doesn't have a jumper washer. I bought this only 2 years ago.
Hi @Halimah,
Thank you for your questions regarding a leak in your Shaw and Mason laundry tap and welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community, it is great to have you with us.
Unfortunately, I'm not 100% sure of the best way to further troubleshoot the leak you're having with your tap. Please allow me to confer with my colleagues tomorrow when they are back online or contact Shaw and Mason for their advice tomorrow when they return to their offices.
In the meantime, allow me to tag some of our knowledgeable members who may be able to assist, @PlumbMaster-Zee, @DIYGnome, @Dave-1, @Noyade.
