Is it possible to adjust or replace these hinges on my laundry door so it opens to 270 degrees instead of 180 degrees?

Thank you for sharing your question about your laundry cabinet door hinges. The closest hinge that will allow you to fully open your door is the Hafele 165° Full Overlay Clip On Hinge - 1 Pair. This will allow you to open the door almost parallel to its closed position.
However, if you're after a hinge that will allow the door to fold itself all the way to the wall of the cabinet you'll need to use a hinge called Hafele single-pivot institutional hinge. This hinge will have to be ordered at the special orders desk and is subject to availability here in Australia. Please note that using this hinge will require extensive modification to the mounting points of the door.
I recommend bringing your original hinge to the store to compare length, width, and mounting points to make sure that the hinges you buy will be compatible with your cabinets.
