I'm looking to buy a place, my main bone to pick is the ensuite - its tiny with Bath and basin - no toilet.
The way i see it I have two options
1. Somehow convert the bath to shower and create room for toilet - what are my options here and would it be costly?
2. Knock down the wall between ensuite and laundry to expand the size of the ensuite. Obviously this means remove the placement of the bath/change to shower, this create space to install toilet.
Any advise for both options and what my very basic costings might be?

Knocking down the wall to expand the ensuite into the laundry is a larger and more invasive project. It could give you more space, but you'll need to account for rerouting plumbing, electrical work, and the cost of rebuilding the space. This might also impact the functionality of your laundry area, so careful planning is essential.
