We needed to access the laundry from inside the house and wanted it to double as a rear entry to our 1885 Victorian Arts & Crafts home. The previous renovation was poorly designed and purely utilitarian, but after 2 weeks of leave, and several week nights, my wife and I transformed the ugly duckling into a swan complementing the heritage feel and features of the rest of the house.

Hello @andredl
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's marvellous to have you join us, and thank you for sharing your heritage laundry makeover.
I've always been a fan of pressed copper splashbacks. It ties in so well with your overall theme, the colours and textures of the materials you've chosen have given the room so much more character. As you said earlier in your post, it now looks like a beautiful swan.
Again, thank you so much for sharing such a wonderful project.
Eric
