Re: Help With Toilet Seat

Hi @izzysedg,

The issue seems to be that the toilet seat has shifted out of alignment, likely due to loose or faulty fixings, causing the back cover plate to detach from its slot on the seat. To resolve this, start by gently repositioning the seat into its correct alignment, ensuring the back cover plate fits securely into its slot. Next, inspect the bolts or fixings underneath the seat and tighten them carefully if they are loose. If the fixings appear damaged or broken and cannot hold the seat in place, consider replacing them. If the issue persists, it might be easiest to replace the entire toilet seat. Take the current seat to a store to find a suitable replacement that fits your toilet.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Mitchell
