How much would I be looking at to replace a shower/bath into just a large rain shower? Its a 1st story apartment, Will just be after removing bath and tiles, resealing and tiling shower. There will be not moving to the plumbing as the showerhead will be in the same spot. Any ballpark ideas?
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @Tafts. It's wonderful to have you join us, and many thanks for your question about replacing your shower and bath.
It would be difficult for our members to give you an idea of the cost of this project. It will really come down to what the tradespeople in your area are willing to complete it for. Even the tradespeople in your area are likely to differ quite substantially on their quotes. It would be a good idea to get three different bathroom renovations companies to come in and provide you with quotes to establish a reasonable cost.
If everything goes smoothly, you're looking at removing the bath, waterproofing, replacing matching tiles and a new shower screen. Provided there are no issues and, at a guess, you might be looking at $2500 - $3000 at the low end.
If any of our members have completed a similar project, I'm sure they'll chime in.
Please let me know if you have any questions.

Hi @Tafts,
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community.
Might I suggest you share some more wider photos so we can see your whole bathroom? A sketch of the floorplan would also be helpful. It could help our members to better see the entire bathroom and what you have to work with so they can suggest next steps.

Please don't hesitate to post anytime you need a hand.
