Hello everyone, I was trying to install a vacuum and mop robot I bought from another country today.
It’s got an automatic water change system, so I was trying to install it in my laundry.
I was trying to use the 3 way adaptor to connect one end to the tap, one to the washing machine inlet hose and another end to the inlet of my robot station. It seems that the thread of my 3 way adaptor is too small as shown in the photo.
Same problem is happening for my water outlet hose, which I was trying to connect it to the little dishwasher outlet on the waste pipe as shown in the photo.
Needed advice on which product to use to safely connect both the inlet and outlet. I understand that there may not be a suitable product since my machine was not bought in Australia.
Thank you all!
I am sure Bunnings store would have equivalents to this adaptor for your use case

For the outlet there would be rubber seal with a clamp that will secure and ensure no leaks.
Hey, thank you for your reply! I can’t seem to find a product with similar size for both my inlet and outlet.
Even I searched on the website and couldn’t find any. A good idea to check in the store. Let me tag @MitchellMc @JacobZ @EricL to help
Hi @victorht,
Thank you for your question about connecting the hoses for your robot vacuum and mop.
It's great to see @J-P has jumped in to offer their assistance.
For the inlet hose, looking at your measurements, you should be able to use a Brasshards 25 x 20mm Brass Threaded Hex Reducing Bush to connect the washing machine inlet hose to the tap adaptor. Remember to use some thread seal tape to get a nice tight connection.
For the vacuum outlet, we are going to have to get a bit creative as there is no product I'm aware of that can easily lock this tube in place. You may be able to use vinyl tubing joiners increasing in size till they can fit around the barb on the U-bend. You can then use hose clamps to lock everything in place.
Let me know what you think.
Jacob
Hey Jacob. Thank you so much for your reply, seems they will work! I will be trying them out!
