Broken Towel rail

I would love to know how to fix/replace my towel rail that has become dislodged and now is on a slant. The wall it tile. Many thanks Liz

On each side @LizzieD there appears to be a grub screw.

Usually an Allen key will remove these.

Then hopefully you can remove the towel rail from the wall.

And you/we will see what's going wrong with the brackets.
