Hi @Glenn83,
Thank you for your question about replacing the flyscreen mesh.
Replacing your flyscreen is a fairly easy process. Check out How To Replace Flyscreen Mesh for some guidance on the process.
Start by measuring the width of the channel that the spline runs in to hold the flyscreen in place. See the below image as an example of what I mean.
Splines come in a variety of thicknesses including 4.5mm, 5.0mm, 5.7mm and 6.0mm, so knowing the width of this channel is essential when selecting your products. You may get lucky and can reuse the spline, but knowing this channel width will still be handy.
Jump on the Cyclone Screening website and look at the screen selector tool for some guidance on selecting the best flyscreen for your circumstances.
Once you've selected your screening and spline, grab a spline roller and a utility knife and follow the guidance in How to Replace Flyscreen Mesh to install your new flyscreen.
Let me know what you think and if you have further questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
