This year my Christmas Tree started to collapse, despite my efforts I was not able to keep it together until Christmas day so I decided I would repurpose it. I have always thought a wreath on the door looks festive and welcoming and my old wreath was starting to look faded and old so I thought why not use some of the branches from the broken tree to make a new wreath.
It was quite easy to do and turned out much better than expected.
As it was a 6ft Tree make sure you check out the other parts.
Materials
Tools
Branches off old tree
Twine
Wreath door hook/hanger
Decorations (optional)
Ryobi utility knife
Steps
Step 1
1/3Layer small branches in a circular pattern overlapping each branch with the next until meeting at the other end.

Step 2
2/3Twist leaves & tie twine around the branches to secure them together.
Step 3
3/3Fluff and style branches, hang on the door, decorate and enjoy.

Re: Repurposed Christmas tree Part 3 - Wreath
Part 3 is as good as the others! Now that looks like a flash Christmas Wreath. I really should have a go at making one!
