I have damaged the first two laminate floor boards against the wall.
How do I replace them. I believe they are "Smart Flooring Medina 12mm 1.77sqm Cream Laminate Flooring"
Please help.

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's wonderful to have you join us, and thank you for sharing your question about replacing your damaged laminate floorboards.
One way to remove your damaged laminate floorboards is to carefully remove the skirting board and unlock the damaged pieces. In this case, you'll have to remove a few of the boards around the area so that you can replace the damaged ones. I recommend taking your time when removing the skirting board to avoid damaging the plasterboard wall.
This method will allow you to make sure that the piece you're re-installing is the correct size. I suggest bringing the damaged piece to the store to compare sizes and click on locking mechanisms. Once, you've compared it, you can then be confident in the knowledge, that the replacement piece you have will work.

At the moment it is difficult to predict. Plus, it depends on where you are currently located. If the product is located in another state, it may take anywhere from four to six weeks. However, if the provider has stock in your state, it could be as short as three weeks.
Unfortunately, you will have to buy a box, it is not sold on a per-piece basis. Not all of the stores carry this particular laminate flooring as a display sample. If you wish to get the turnaround time in your state, I suggest calling your local store and seeing how long it will take the special orders team to get your flooring.

If you don't have a lot of time to wait for the replacement boards you can try the following method. I suggest using a Sabco Flow Through Rectangular Dish Brush With Antibacterial Action Bristles in combination with some dishwashing liquid and water. Your objective is to remove as much of the black stain as possible. Once you've scrubbed as much of the stain off, dry the area off with a clean dry rag. If staining is still present, I suggest using Flexovit 100mm x 1m 400 Grit Wet And Dry Sandpaper Roll. Lightly sand off any dark areas that are remaining on the floor. Don't over sand the area and accidentally remove the finish on the floor.
I suggest taking a picture of the floor and going to the colour selection area of the paint department. Bring some card samples home and try to get the closest shade of cream you can get that matches the floor. Have the paint specialist mix a small sample pot of your chosen colour. Using a UNi-PRO 4 Piece Foam Brush Set lightly brush over the clean area to match the surrounding floor. If the colour is too light you can ask the paint socialist to add more tint to make it darker. Your goal is to disguise and blend in the damaged area so that it is similar to the surrounding finish.
