How to kill ants?

Hello all, 

We do have some ants in the house and start to use the Yates Home Pest & Nest Killer Gel Bait. It worked with a few nests but it seems to not work with another one. It keeps attracting the ants since days. I almost think, they are immune against it. What else can we try?
