DIY whisky (or plant or whatever) stand

Kind of a Big Deal

DIY whisky (or plant or whatever) stand

I turned a pretty drab looking steel frame, glass panel shelf into something more raw and beautiful with a bit of DIY over the Xmas/NY break

For me, it'll be a whisky stand in my new theatre room but can obviously be used for anything requiring a couple of shelves. Would love to hear what you think about this simple but effective facelift. Cheers

Re: DIY whisky (or plant or whatever) stand

Sorry @ProjectPete  I'm not stalking you - just spotted this up-cycle project you completed and wondered what kind of timber you used? and where you sourced it from?

I love to up-cycle items & truly hate waste.

Keep up the great work sharing things with us L plate folks...

Cheers

Not stalking at all haha. We share all this so we can have the convo

The timber is just cut from a Bunnings project panel. Usually around the $99 mark for 2200x600 sort of sizing. Very versatile a d cost effective.
