Can you tint Spring low sheen wall paint?

Hey, want to paint interior wall/s cheaply as selling place. 
Any advice for cheap paint?

Also is it possible to tint Spring wall paint??

I'm sorry but the Spring paint set can't be tinted. Spring paint is a budget-friendly option that provides a quality low sheen finish to most interior surfaces. Please note that budget paint sets will sometimes require more than two coats, if your walls require a higher rate of coverage, it's probably more practical to get a paint set with more quality and better coverage such as the Taubmans 4L White Low Sheen Easycoat All Walls Paint.

Maybe just cleaning the walls will be enough as often new owners will repaint the house to there  tastes anyway. 

Just look out for paint specials.   to save money.
