I am looking for a storage bin solution. I want to store fertiliser, garden soil, chaff, etc. into steel/tin bins, with lids. I am currently using plastic bins for the job but they are deteriorating from being out in the weather. I am limited for space down the side of the house and would like to construct at least six bins for the storage arrangement. They have to be made waterproof.
Hi @Les49,
Would you consider some sort of bin storage unit? Here's a couple of examples:
Hope that helps kick off the discussion.
Jason
Thanks for the suggestions Jason but not what I am looking for.

No worries @Les49. Have you seen an image somewhere of what you might like to build? It might help members provide some specific advice.

Maybe buy a few of these - https://www.bunnings.com.au/pinnacle-55l-bin_p4520089
Then create some sort of frame for them, a large scale version of this - https://www.workshop.com.au/t5/Gallery/Plywood-succulent-planter/cns-p/16435
Thanks Marty that does give me an idea I had not considered. Keep it up thank you again.

Hi @Les49
As a side business I design and construct what I call Designer Garden Pods.
I use all sorts of materials including Colourbond and Mini orb ECT.
I'm sure if you provide some measurements and ideas I could come up with something for you that you could very simply construct.
All my materials I get at my local Bunnings and are readily available.
The picture is an example of one of my Mini orb Pods but can all be designed even into boxes.
Happy to help you out
Kind regards Rob 👍
Thanks for the tip Jason but I have looked at what you are proposing and it is not what I have in mind. I will put an update to my original thoughts through a photo. I ma sure I will find one.
Regards
Les
