Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @kitkit929. It's sensational to have you join us, and many thanks for your question about improving street appeal.
I recommend having a read through this article on How to improve your home's street appeal and 10 ways to improve your home’s street appeal. There's plenty of helpful info in those.
I'd start by cleaning the front garden bed with a pressure washer. You can hire one for the day, which could be used to clean other concrete areas around your home. I'd also pick some budget-friendly plants like Buxus and plant several in the garden bed. Mulch around them. You might like to also try to re-align the shift bricks on the right hand side, but if that's not possible, fill the gaps in them with No More Gaps.
From there, you could consider filling any damage in the posts and painting them. White will give you a fresh look.
Other than that, I'd recommend trimming all the grass edges to create defined borders. Also, remove the grass and soil over the concrete under the air-conditioner.
