How to remove gutter silicone?
I have a corner spot on my home guttering that drips water when raining. I need to try and stop that
Problem is its a very hard spot to put my hand in there to cut any silicone out and also rub it with a rag to clean. The colorbond roof over laps about half the width of the gutter so cant get my hand in there much
Is there a product that can dissolve the silicone for me? I can leave it there and it will dissolve it and ill just get a stick with a rag to wipe it
Then use a silicone nozzle to put more silicone to stop the leak

Re: Product to "melt/dissolve" gutter silicone?
Hi @PatDIY_Dad,
It sounds like you're looking for some Selleys 375g Silicone Remover. It will help dissolve the silicone, but depending on how much is in there you might need to do a few applications to remove it all.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Mitchell
