hey team
Looking at doing some maintenance on my front facade and I've spotted the truss joint looks in need of maintenance.
I was thinking external seal, prime and paint.
Apologies for the slow reply, @amichaelmedia. Our usual resident Bunnings D.I.Y. expert onsite had to take unexpected leave over the weekend.
Thanks for your question on updating your front facade. Let me tag some experienced renovators in the community for their thoughts: @redbournreno, @Jewelleryrescue and @lifestylebymari.

Hello @amichaelmedia
My apologies for the late reply. If the paint is starting to peel, I suggest sanding the damaged section down and then prime and paint. You can then place the sealant at the very end. Sealing and painting over a damaged section is not advised as the damaged portion will get weaker and fail.
Since it looks like you'll be using a ladder, I recommend having a look at this guide - How to use ladders safely by @Adam_W.
