How to fix rainwater tank leaking?
My rainwater tank shows leakage/ or blockage issues as the base is always wet. Upon inspection I found this issue where water seems spurting out from top . This happens if rainwater is used inside for any reasons. What could be the underlying issue and how can I troubleshoot this. Thanks

Re: Rainwater tank leaking
Hi @mushi,
I presume that's likely the pump unit and that screw cap has a sealing gasket that has failed. The pump is pushing water out of it when operating. It looks like you have some documentation there and likely a good lead for contacting the company that manufactured the unit to provide troubleshooting for your issue. Provided the issue is just a failed gasket, the remedy could be as simple as unscrewing the cap and replacing the gasket.
If it's one of our rainwater tanks, then I'd be more than happy to contact the manufacturer for you.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Mitchell
