There are two isolated spots of my outback patio leaks. Any idea what the problem is and ways to fix it? Attached videos.

From your images, I'm unable to determine what exactly the issue is. I suspect that whatever flashing is used to prevent water from creeping between the two roof structures is insufficient or has been compromised. In the second image, that appears to be where the roof's flashing returns to the beginning, and there's a joint. That could have something to do with the leak.
An assessment from above the roof will likely provide the most information on how the water penetrates the gap and bypasses any flashing. If you do attempt to check out the flashing on the roof, please have a read of this guide before you do: How to use ladders safely. If you are not confident in assessing the roof yourself, I recommend employing the services of someone specialising in roof drainage to do so for you.
