Hi guys, wanting some ideas of what to put where the gap is between roof and pergola roof. Need water to be able to flow down into gutter, thinking a bit more weather protection and to stop birds getting in over summer. Any ideas would be great
Hi @laurat1989,
I think some of this GumLeaf DIY 5m Aluminium Gutter Guard Pack fixed over the gap from the beam down to the roof tiles would prevent birds from accessing and help stop driving rain from being blown in and under the beam. It would be best to fix it on the flat outer side of the beams. It shouldn't inhibit water drainage down into the gutter.
Let me tag @Dave-1 and @Nailbag to see if they have any thoughts.

Afternoon @laurat1989
I was thinking along the lines of Moroday 70mm x 2.55m Garage Brush Door Seal
That way it will still allow water and will also stop birds from oming through.

Hi @laurat1989
I actually think both @MitchellMc and @Dave-1 have already come rip with a couple of excellent ideas. If the gap is less than 70mm, then the brush seal might be the more suitable solution as the brushes could follow the profile of the roof corrugations for better rainwater spray protection.
