How do cut a concrete sleeper from 1.5 m to 1m ? PLEASE
123456 Depends on how many you need to cut. If you need to cut a lot its probably worth hiring a concrete saw. If only a few a semented diamond blade on an angle grinder or saw will work. It will create a lot of dust. Dont forget to support the concrete slab properly so the cut opens not closes on blade. Once you have cut in on all sides it should break off with a sharp tap. JDE
Hello @123456
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. Thank you for joining us and sharing your question about cutting concrete sleepers.
It's great that you've received excellent advice from @JDE. If you have an angle grinder or access to one, I suggest using a diamond edge blade rated for cutting masonry. You can also rent a Coates Demolition Saw if you are doing a lot of concrete sleepers. If you are currently doing a retaining wall project we would love to see what you've done so far.
If you need more advice or information about your project, please let us know.
