I have stains on my new outdoor tiles from water runoff from my plants plus dirt from completing all the landscaping.
What’s the best way to get them clean again?

Do you know if the tiles were sealed at all? It would be best to start with the least aggressive stain removal method before moving on to more potent chemicals. Start by trying dishwasher liquid in warm water and a scrubbing brush. Let us know how you go with that, and then we can recommend some alternative methods.
