How to fix plantation shutter?
Hi experts
I’ve attached photos of plantation shutter. It seems like one of the screw or a nail or something is missing on the right corner attached to the frame. Because of the missing screw, the shutter is detached from the right side and doesn’t move at the same time with others in the frame.
would you know what part exactly is missing and where can I buy it - how should I fix it ?
thanks
Zo

Re: plantations shutter
Hi @Zo,
Thank you for your question about repairing your plantation shutters.
Unfortunately, I am not aware of the specific part you will need, but I believe these parts are referred to as louvre or shutter pins. They are spring-loaded and they connect the shutter to a tension rod that runs inside the frame and rotates the shutters.
If you were aware of who produced your plantation shutters, it would be worth contacting the manufacturer for their assistance.
Let me know if you have any further questions.
Jacob
