Re: new life for old door

Hello @seanoyamma

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's wonderful to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your upcycled door project.

That door looks absolutely stunning! You've done an incredible job bringing out its character and giving it a timeless patina look. Stripping away the old paint and scratches to reveal the natural wood grain adds so much warmth and charm, and the beeswax finish gives it a rich, rustic elegance. The attention to detail, like cleaning and restoring the brass fittings, really completes the transformation. It’s a beautiful statement piece that perfectly complements the cozy vibe of your sister's Airbnb!

We look forward to seeing more of your projects.

Eric
