Hey please can anyone help me how to replace this overhead ceiling lamps? one of them is fading so wanting to know how i can replace it.
I need help with how to remove this one and replace it. sorry new to this things ...

Thank you for your question about how to replace some LED downlights in your home.
I'll start by saying there is potential that this is considered electrical work requiring a licence.
This light fixture is called a downlight, and they are connected by spring-loaded arms that pull on the plasterboard to hold them in place. See the below photo as an example.
For safety reasons, I'd suggest turning off the electricity at the metre box before proceeding. Gently pull the downlight down from the hole. You will feel some resistance, but this is the spring-loaded arms trying to pull the downlight back into position. Once the white flange plate around the light has been pulled down slightly, you will see the spring toggles. You can push these up with your hands to prevent them from pulling the light back into place or damaging the plasterboard.
Once the downlight is out of the hole, you'll be able to tell whether you'll need the help of an electrician or not.
There are two types of downlights that are commonly used, one will have a wire with a standard plug on it that is connected to an electrical socket in the ceiling. If your downlight is this type, you can replace it yourself. The other type of downlight is hardwired, and you will not see an electrical socket in the ceiling. This type will require the assistance of an electrician to replace them.
If it is one with a plug, you can unplug it and replace it with a new one. There will be writing on the top of the downlight that will tell you the wattage and lumens of the light. Match these up and swap them out.
If there is not a plug, put the downlight back in place and contact an electrician for their assistance as this is not something anyone without an electrical licence can replace.
