Main bedroom reno with panelling and paint

Our main bedroom overhaul used a total re-orientation of the space, dismantling the build in wardrobes on one wall to create additional space with improved storage. The paint and panelling gave the room a gentle shove out of the 70s and helped make a space where we can relax.

Re: Main bedroom overhaul: panelling and paint

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @she_builds2023. It's brilliant to have you join us, and many thanks for sharing your project.

What an impressive overhaul of your main bedroom! The removal of built-in wardrobes was a great move, and I'm sure you're delighted with the additional space and improved storage. The combination of paint and panelling has really given you a fresh and relaxing atmosphere and the new dresser is just the icing on the cake.

Well done!
