If your talking about the  hanging slat style  vertical  blinds?

Then you can buy replacement hangers for them

I used a bit of cut  coat hanger for my repair and put a little midde way flat loop shape in the  middle.

More info on your  blind if I assumed  wrong.

It's great that you've received good advice from @Jewelleryrescue. Can you please tell us more about which part of the vertical blind has given way? Is it the top of the blade or the blade itself has cracked in half? Would it be possible for you to post a photo of the blind itself? This will give our members a better idea of the extent of the damage. We can then make recommendations on how to proceed.

Replace one missing vertical blind

I'm sorry but the store does not currently have a single vertical blind in stock. However, torn or chipped blinds can be patched with Gorilla 3g Super Glue or Bear 48mm x 25m Clear All Weather Tape. This is on the condition that all the parts are still there.

People throw out vertical  blinds on  clean up days you might find one there 

Or plenty of sellers  around  ebay.

Type in " vertical blind slat "   into google and pick the solution you want just beware  of fake sites where possible.

Ebay  $1.90  per slat  and in various shades with free delivery.  Probably from china.
