Resin & camphor laurel timber.
the main key is to use the whole rang of grits. to start dry sanding is fine but when you get down to the finer grits water is best used and then water will be fine on the timber, just need some drying time. How ever I do use Metho when using wet and dry has no effect or long drying time for the timber. I understand from a friend they have used the following U-Beaut EEE can replace the liquid polish and will give a great finish on the timber. I use this product when turning pens, bowls etc. Check out you local wood turning store for more info on the U-Beaut product
