I would love to know, what is your biggest tip when tackling an upcycle project?

@KatieC thank you so much for your lovely message of encouragement & feedback. 
my biggest  tip when up cycling is “have a plan . “
I researched & watched many tutorials before I started. 
I also spoke  too & joined groups who upcycle & DIY. 
my first step was cleaning 🧽 

then came the sanding . 
learning I had to use a lower grit to start & work my way up to smoothness. 
seeing the results only encouraged me to continue. 
tjis was my first furniture flip at the start of lockdown in Melbourne in 2021. 12 months later & I’ve transformed my furniture & home.
